SHe definitely has the black power fist, and I agree she lacked the courage to raise it. It would have been the story of the Olympics if she did.
Many of these racist blacks claim the USA is not their country. They are ignorant of history and easily brainwashed.
Gabby Douglas is a Christian and has even published a book highlighting her faith
didn’t seem to have affected the other 3 who’s hair looked cute as a button.
“Standing at attention? Looks like shes holding back that Black Power fist.”
It sure does look like it to me.
LOL....that....is SOOOO funny :)
Gabby Douglas is criticized for not putting her hand on her heart
who...?
Just judging Gabby's body language (when not performing) and facial expressions during the competitions so far, she is a far different Gabby Douglas than four years ago. She seems to have a giant chip on her shoulder. She comes across as bitter and envious.
I agree with your comments...
You're right. She did.
Did she talk, move around, adjust her cup, spit? Maybe she didn’t even realize what she wasn’t thing.
When I win the gold medal, I will show her how it’s done.
Sorry. I didn’t mean to insult her or her fan.
And swimmer Ryan Held couldn't contain his tears of joy when he stood for his gold medal ceremony.

She is holding the Rio trinket in both hands the whole time. The other girls held that with one hand.
If in her mind it is a descendant of slaves, she had better be glad her ancestors paid the price because she would never have had this opportunity as an African in Africa.

Interesting.
However, if one is facing the trooping of the colors by the color guard, in a formation or during a parade, a male in civilian dress ought to doff his cover and acknowledge the passing of the colors by a heart salute with it (again, I would say, and not be able to prove outright).
Correct me if this is wrong according to the book of etiquette or protocol. Thanks again.
I respect that and congratulate her on her medal..........
Thank you.
The rules were changed for active duty out of uniform and vets to allow the hand salute.
Prior to the change, when out of uniform, and now that I am retired, I would find myself rendering honors with a hand salute before I realized it.
I found myself naturally gravitating to the hand salute because it was the most natural and reflexive action that my body was programmed to do when rendering honors. It was what I was programmed to do and anything else just didn’t feel natural. The hand-salute “fits.”
At any rate, we have the choice, hand over heart or hand salute, it is up to the person to decide.
Either way, whats in the heart counts.
Cheers.
Interesting.
I was thinking it was a muslime thing.
Did she go the Rev Wright’s church with obummer?
;-)
