Spybot was good back in the day, but not so much now - kinda clunky, hard to configure and slow. Malwarebytes is great.
On Windows I use Malwarebytes Premium, free Panda AV and ZoneAlarm for realtime proctection. Have a few other on-demand scanners I use for second opinions.
