I have no doubt whatsoever that Trump is in a very bad patch at the moment. To deny that is to engage in wishful thinking.

Sorry, but I don’t indulge in wishful thinking and don’t consider Trump in a bad patch at the moment. I think Trump is showing an incredible strength of resistance to lies and deceit being piled on him by the media and the rinos and my admiration grows for his power in the face of adversity. This country needs a strong leader who will yank us off of the pussified road we have been on for far too long. Trump is it and it is time the wimps on this thread sit up and take notice of a MAN of purpose, for a change.

“I think Trump is showing an incredible strength of resistance to lies and deceit being piled on him by the media and the rinos and my admiration grows for his power in the face of adversity.”

I certainly agree with this, but it still doesn’t mean that dropping 6-10 percentage points in most polls over the past couple or so weeks isn’t a “bad patch.” I agree it was caused primarily by the extremely manipulative, partisan media as well as backstabbing Republicans, but that doesn’t change the fact that Trump’s support in the polls has nosedived.

I think we need to recognize that we’re going through a difficult period and find ways to fight harder and change the narrative better. Trump in particular needs discover how to circumvent the press more and counter the distortions Hillary and her media pets put out there about him. He also needs to make sure every voter knows the details about her lies and criminality, even if it takes an expensive ad blitz and devoting large chunks of each speech to the topic.
