The ski jump in Oslo from the 1952 Winter Olympics is still in use.

So is the one in Sapporo, Japan. Personally I think you'd have to be nuts to use it, but I guess you have to learn somewhere. I did see a couple of interesting wipe-outs there.

Permanent facilities, yes, in Greece would be nice if that country weren't already using the existing facilities to house refugees/immigrants/invaders. What a waste. Greek tourism could benefit greatly, and it needs it.

Winter Olympics, well, we found out what happens if we try to run it in a place (coughcoughSOCHIcoughcough) that doesn't have reliable snowfall. Oslo, though...maybe that's the right venue. I'll leave that for discussion.
