Just this morning, I saw one of Pennsylvania’s finest drivers stop dead on a busy 4-lane road, put the car in reverse, and then back up to make a missed turn.

No idea, I saw the video of it and it all looked even worse, just an utterly insane move.... a lot of alcohol onboard, I have to suspect. Kids in the car, and that kid in the middle obviously not in a seat belt, fine parenting!!

In Utah, once you learn to start moving over and then signal it gets easier. That way the driver in the next lane doesn’t have time to speed up and block you.
