I believe Kaine has been 100% faithful to his wife throughout his marriage — because if he hadn't been, he would have been torpedoed by now. There are just too many people who make a sport of destroying people and blackmailing people these days to think a public figure could hide homosexual affairs anymore. And there's no way Kaine has been leading some kind of double life — married to a woman for the sake of the cameras, while gay on the “down low” — because HRC et al never would have chosen someone like that to be VP. Further, if Kaine has been faithful to his wife, whom he theoretically fantasizes about sleeping with — and whether those people be female or male — are known only by him and are his (and God's)business only. So, we probably are being unfair even entertaining this question.
Now, if you are asking if Kaine looks and sounds like a homosexual — again, this is irrelevant and unfair and bitchy — I can give you only my impression, which is, “Yes, if I knew nothing about him and turned on the TV and looked at him and heard him speak, I would assume he was gay, and given the world we live in, that he was out of the closet because to me he seems very definitely gay.”
