Obama pardons her before he leaves office.

Can't be pardoned unless convicted and found guilty. So President Trump enters the White House, and Hillary is then charged, convicted and found guilty... and jailed. Too late for Obama to do anything about it, as a former president he can't pardon her.

Not so!

Nixon was pardoned without being tried.
