One potential juror reported feeling nervous and shaky last month after seeing Morgans teardrop tattoo, while another told the judge that Morgans tattoos could be indicative of previous criminal acts. Others said the tattoos gave them a negative feeling or a preconceived notion about Morgans guilt. We wouldn't want to prejudge the murdering, neo-nazi SOB.

Aryan Brotherhood? I think they claim shamrocks, even harassing Irish inmates who have them, if not members.

He ran around freely like this, why hide it? It is who he advertised he is.
A fair trial does not cover up relevant information.
I say that for all racists, black and hispanic and asian, gang tattoos and racist tattoos.

Yep. We're not into actually
prosecuting Crimethink...yet. For all of me he could
want to rebuild Auschwitz all day every day, but as long as he did not commit an overt act, he is innocent.
Try, and acquit or convict, on the evidence of his acts, not by the jury's reaction to his face.

..........looking at this guy the old phrase “you can’t fix stupid” comes to mind.........
As long as the taxpayer doesn’t have to pay some cosmetology person or plastic surgeon even one dollar to, in effect, altar who he REALLY is so he will look good for the jury then what will be will be.

The legal counsel should have to explain the meanings of the various tattoos and their placement
The intention of the person getting the tat might or might not be important to the accused crime

The judge is a duplicitous fool. No legal precedent requires this. What next, give every ugly defendant a makeover, make every fat defendant look slim, give bald defendants wigs? Nonsense. The defendant proudly walked the streets with this look. He reveled in that look, wanting his peers to see.
Now it’s time for a jury of his peers to see. Judge wrong, period.
