KINGMAN, AZ (KPHO/KTVK) - Four people were killed in a crash between a van and a Dallas Cowboys tour bus in Kingman, according to the Department of Public Safety.
Emergency personnel responded to the crash just after 1:30 p.m. on U.S. Highway 93 and milepost 42, which is near Pierce Ferry Road.
DPS said no one was hurt or killed on the tour bus. The fatalities were in the van.

That van really got tore up. RIP people.
Wow. Looks like the bus flipped the van on its side and then just rolled over it.
Highway 93 between Phoenix and Las Vegas has so many white crosses you’d think it was a national cemetery. When we used to visit Las Vegas occasionally with our kids, a long stretch of it was a twisty-turny road with no visibility, few passing lanes, and a surplus of people willing to risk their lives to pass on a double yellow line. (The road has been improved somewhat since.)
The part of the highway shown in the picture looks pretty safe by comparison, but the van involved was coming from the Las Vegas direction so there may have been alcohol involved in the decision to make a left turn in front of an oncoming bus.
A little misleading with that headline, aren’t ya?
