Any Texan should understand that a Texan can not and will not ‘endorse’ someone who said his wife is ugly.
But insinuating that someone's wife is loose is fine and dandy?
BTW, could you cite where Trump said that Cruz's wife was ugly or did you come to that conclusion yourself and project it onto Trump?>
Well, the tweet “A Picture is worth a 1000 Words” sort of implied the insult, no? And then he also said, “I will spill the beans on Heidi”
All in all, most anyone with a fair opinion decided and wrote that Trump was making a very unwise attack on Cruz’s wife.
Then he followed up with an attack on Cruz’s father. “And, you know, his father was with Lee Harvey Oswald prior to Oswald’s being — you know, shot. I mean, the whole thing is ridiculous. What is this, right, prior to his being shot, and nobody brings it up. They don’t even talk about that.”
And didn’t he say something about Cruz’s kids as well?
I don’t think he missed anyone in the family, all of whom are usually off-limits in political fights.
Well, we are stuck with him, warts and all, but I don’t blame Cruz for staying outraged at the gratuitous attacks on his family.
