Perhaps its Iran 1979 all over again.
The Iranians claimed to want the Shah back. Erdowan wants his political enemy, Gullen, extradited from the USA.
Anyway, if this is true, it will prove the Turks for what they are - and prompt a serious revision and reform of NATO, which needs it.
