Seems obvious the pilot dug those floats in pretty badly, the way they are bent backwards.

Judging by the second photo, that bridge seemed to have gotten in the way of his landing.

Looks to me like he may have tried to clear the bridge, but hooked his floats on it and flipped upside down on the far side...
