I saw Paul Manafort on FNC shortly after he became Trump’s campaign manager.
He impressed me as a shifty-eyed, conniving slimeball who’d sell his mother to the highest bidder. He might be a great strategist to have working behind the scenes but he’s absolutely not anyone I’d want out in front of my campaign.
Maybe he was just tired.

I see why you don’t like Manafort. He came in and kicked the crap out of your loser boy Cruz and his minions.

Maybe you were just having a bad day. I am impressed with Manafort every time I see him. He never loses his cool and is out of the ordinary smart. He is professional and for the Trump campaign he is exactly what has been needed to navigate the political intricacies which involve knowing how both parties operate. Manafort amuses me with his blandness when interviewers try to needle him into an emotional response. Like Trump on so many things, Manafort has been there and done that. Hard to impress him with the brilliance of the interviewer.
