This man was a traitor of the highest order. He came to Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio in the mid 2000’s. I asked myself, what is this POS doing here. Sweet little deal between him and the base General. End result, a flying KC-135 flying testbed (satcom),(link 16), with a brand new digital retrofitted cockpit and various advanced systems sent to the bone yard. All to get a new plane for research in his home state. Bastards tried to get the dome and lazer window off our bird on top of it.
