In the SC and SEC primary Cruz had thousands of potential volunteers. But the Cruz staff had no clue what to do with them. After Red State, thousands of us Cruz supporters flocked to Newnan. The Cruz staff had no clue how to use us.
My daughter organized 200 people to Hispanic Patriots to hear Rafael Cruz. I talked to the Cruz staffers there. They were totally clueless.
If Cruz had had a ground game, he would have won SC and SEC primaries and set a totally different direction to the campaign.
Cruz got his a$$ beat in the south. Period.
