Use Czars instead of getting appointments through congress
No more treaties - they are now just presidential agreements
Use the IRS to go after your politcal enemies
Etc.
If this was not serious it would be funny....challenging his potential laws as unconstitutional. Let me see, are they saying his proposing certain legislation is unconstitutional? Or are they saying the laws, if passed, would be unconstitutional? Or both? I think all those decisions rest with the SC, not these dolts with the exception of fact the President does not file legislation proposals, the Congress. He proposes a legislative agenda.
