I have to agree to some extent but it is not all one sided, it is just like the black woman said years ago.

This sounds a lot like a reference to Officer Darren Wilson’s interactions with “Gentle Giant” Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO. What exactly are you saying here? That when Wilson ordered Brown to get out of the middle of the street, and Brown defied the order, Wilson should have just “left well enough alone” and went on his way?
