cause i thought any out of stater carrying a gun without a reciprocal permit was a no-noIt’s my understanding you have to have a permit to open carry (a conceal carry license). It applies to anyone. Ohio, from what I understand, does NOT have reciprocal arrangements with other states, but honors all ccw’s.
