When they repair it just have them replace the baskets of cotton with boom boxes. Voila! problem solved.

Hey, why don’t you go down to the supermarket?
Get something to eat, steal something off the shelves
Pass by the liquor store, be back about quarter to twelve

Re: College students as adults
Merriweather Lewis, the great explorer, at the time of his father’s death took full charge of his family’s 20,000 acre plantation. In his day, graduating college students ( especially those in graduate school) would be considered middle aged.
It’s part of the Marxist plan to destroy the United States. Infantilize young adults for as long as possible.

He should pay to replace it. Take it out of his wages.
Replace it with a commissioned artists rendering of a black guy standing on a table breaking a window in stain glass.

Good for him. We should not be romanticizing and/or celebrating slavery. Or their advocates. Put the windows in a museum.Your pet Socialist vandals will get to your property sooner rather than later.

WTF does that, regardless of the picture?
How do you know what specific time period was represented in that picture? Did blacks stop picking cotton after being freed?
Maybe the cotton pickers were share croppers - or maybe even owned the farm.

Story get more idiotic. A throwaway line in the original article expanded here.

I suggest they replace the offending windows with scenes depicting Pokemon Go monsters. Then when this fad passes put in new windows showing the flavor of the moment. Who needs history.
BTW I can find nothing on the history of these windows. Could some black craftsmen have made them?

YES! Destroy any historic buildings, stained glass windows, art, decor or anything else that does not reflect PROPER current standards of political correctness! Oh, and BOOKS TOO!

Hell get it back...probably with an apology from Yale.
Wait till he becomes a cause-celeb among some of the SJW snowflakes at Yale. He’ll get his job back with a raise and a promotion. Who knows—maybe they’ll even make him College President for his “bravery”.
The PC crowd deserves everything it gets & then some.

What is more valuable to Yale: a stained-glass window of enslaved people picking cotton, or the humanity of the African-American people who work at Yale?"Oh! Oh! Oh! The humanity"
To: mbarker12474
Your comment is boneheaded.
It is infantile to see some historical artifact and destroy it because it does not fit in to one's (severely limited and ignorant in this guy's and your case) world view.
Plus, blacks should never forget even the smallest detail of their history, just as the Jews, the English, the Irish, etc., should recall all of the good and bad things that define them as a people over the years.
Blacks should be taught to be proud of their heritage, free and slave.
If they had some sense of their history they wouldn't put up with being the houseboys for the Democrats.
They would have more self respect, and they would start standing tall.
Without their history of overcoming the adversities of the past, they are just a bunch of whiny, self-congratulating, entitled jerks.
