My town is separated by moats (rivers) from two urban areas: Newark & Jersey City, NJ. The controlled access provides some safety, but isn’t perfect. BLM would stand out like sore thumbs in my Anglo/Hispanic area...
My situation is more like the Marines at the Chosin Reservoir - surrounded on all sides, but “a target rich environment.”
