Hope you have a good night! At least you’re home!
Make sure you have a good ground..
I do hope that is a joke....
Something however tells me that picture is serious, oh boy.
LOL.
I don’t think the depth of the grounding rod is adequate.
Do my eyes deceive me, or have they stuck a metal rod into a bucket of dirt?
That’s what they’ve done, although the dirt involved looks like dry kitty litter, so it wouldn’t be even theoretically effective.
It’s either a joke set up for the camera, or a literal attempt to satisfy a documentary requirement. What we call a hack.
Grounding is a serious issue, and should not be scoffed at. It’s an easy way to hurt people. Remember that the forces involved, though invisible, are quite powerful.
Excellent points. We’ll just hope it’s a joke.
She did. She was 60. She is survived by her mother and her daughter.
I was surprised to learn that Debbie Reynolds was still alive.
I don’t know much about electricity, but I DO know this: THAT ain’t gonna work the way “they” think it will!
Good morning. I’m looking up washing machines to get ideas for my replacement.
Morning kitteh is MOST serious about sharpening her Velcro!
Good morning people!
I would have been here sooner but I had to unpack. I was too tired emotionally and physically to do it when I got home, so I’m good, now. Ready to face another day.
She’s a tiny carnivorous predator, you know.
I have choir practice this morning. I should go get dressed.
I wonder if you can buy a commercial grade washer without paying through the nose for it? Or even if you can buy one without having a business...?
I have to do something this morning, but I have to wait for money. I need yogurt and rice pudding, as I didn’t want any to wait for my return. So I will forage for something of substance. I suspect I’ll be eating Instant Breakfast until payday! LOL! But it has vitamins and minerals, so I won’t complain.
And now for a breathing threatment.
I don't know. I also don't know if one could be installed in our laundry room.
They pretty much have to conform to the standard space allowed for washers (and dryers) in the home, as I’m sure people with lots of house can buy them. I mean, just the laundry for the hired help would take several of them.
Industrial washers are another story (for laundry establishments) and would necessarily have to be larger on the whole.
I’m also concerned that, with our laundry room upstairs, a commercial washer would rattle right through the floor. We already joke about a fleet of black helicopters coming to take Patrick away!
That’s a determined kitteh.
Appropos of nothing, I avoided several $10s of dollars by opting NOT to have wheelchair service at the airports, but, as usual, by the time I reached the Gate or the exit, I had sorely wished I had had someone to push me and my heavy bag where I needed to be.
Of course, not having the money in the first place was a big help. I have not told my son that I needed a wheel chair in airports on occasion. It’s quite the humbling admission.
