It was pretty warm here. Tom and El have gone to Mass, and when they get back, we’ll have turkey enchiladas in tomatillo sauce, the famous leftovers meal.
I picked some dead skin off Santana. He was furious, but being angry gets his bodily functions up, so it’s good. Once he’s warmed up under his lamp for a while, I’ll have a boy give him a few crickets.

In a note that pertains to absolutely nothing under current discussion, the Cleveland Browns successfully defended their perfect losing season on their race to match the 0-16 2008 Detroit Lions.
On another note, the Cleveland Browns won more games with Johnny Manziel at quarterback than with any quarterback since..
On still another note, when I lived in Ohio the Browns won football games.
Then came Art Model and a move to Baltimore..
A propos of still more nothing, Baltimore lost its team before Cleveland lost the Browns.
Although I paid attention, my heart was not broken at the time, because I had already given up the notion of being a fan for any sports team.
As far as I was concerned, it was a case of "a plague on all their houses". I'm not anti-sport, I still marvel at the incredible displays of athletic prowess. That's fantastic to see.
I just don't care, or see any need to. My wife and daughter get caught up in it, cheering on the Ravens, and I sometimes sit with them to watch for a while.
But I still don't care.

Good morning. Back to the grind. Which means back to the UT to save my sanity.

One of the peeps had a stroke, so he’s in the hospital now. At our ages, we just look at each other and wonder quietly which of us will be next.
