Very disturbing to watch. Cop was out maneuvered. Killer had some training or prior experience in crime

I'm guessing the only reason this monster was able to ‘out maneuver’ a very brave cop was body armor. I think the cop got off a shot which would have ended things if killer didn't have body armor on.
