LHD-3. Amphibious Assault ship. U.S. Marines, MV-22 complement, and a bunch of helicopters. Not as big as a CVN but big nontheless. Pretty good description on Wiki.

Served on aa LHA which these ships replaced.....she likely fell 20 to 40 feet. They have cargo, ammunition as well as Aircraft elevators. All ships are industrial environments full of hazards. Prayers
