2015: DOJ Prosecutes A Naval Reservist For Mishandling Classified Info WITHOUT MALICIOUS INTENT

During a Tuesday press conference, FBI Director James Comey recommended that Hillary Clinton not be charged for mishandling classified information while serving as secretary of state.
Comey argued that based on the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent
and how similar situations have been handled in the past, no reasonable prosecutor would even consider bringing a case like Clintons to court. (VIDEO: FBI Recommends NO CHARGES For Hillary)
Only, that isnt exactly accurate.
Less than one year ago, Assistant US attorneys Jean M. Hobler and Lee S. Bickley successfully prosecuted Naval Reservist Brian Nishimura in a strikingly similar case.
Back in 2012, Nishimura admitted to handling classified materials inappropriately while deployed to Afghanistan from 2007-2008.
Nishimura served as a Regional Engineer and, according to the FBIs investigation into the incident, had access to classified briefings and digital records that could only be retained and viewed on authorized government computers.
Nishimura, however, caused the materials to be downloaded and stored on his personal, unclassified electronic devices and storage media, wrote the FBI. He carried such classified materials on his unauthorized media when he traveled off-base in Afghanistan and, ultimately, carried those materials back to the United States at the end of his deployment.
Like Clinton, Nishimura admitted to destroying a large quantity of classified materials.
Like Clinton, the FBI investigation into his actions did not reveal evidence that Nishimura intended to distribute classified information to unauthorized personnel.
Unlike Clinton, he was sentenced to two years of probation, a $7,500 fine, and forfeiture of personal media containing classified materials.
He was also ordered to surrender any currently held security clearance and to never again seek such a clearance.

But Hillary’s case is different. Because she is Hillary Clinton and we are supposed to revere her. We are supposed to be enamored of the Clintons and how wonderful they are.

Two sets of laws. One for the Clintons, Obamas, Comeys and Lynches, and the other set for the little people.

It pays BIG to be Hillary.

Yeah, well, the taller the pedestal, the higher the fall, the bigger the crater. I've seen it happen time and time again to scums just as bad as she is. Her fall will come one day - not in a way we would expect either, but fall she will.

She obviously had intent even if it was just to evade records laws.

The only question is, whether it’s together with a fall of America as a whole.

Even supposedly incorruptible characters like Comey are corrupted by this bunch.

Here's an anecdote to give you an idea of how stringent the rules governing handling of classified material are for we "little people." I held a security clearance through Top Secret for 25 years in the aerospace industry. As a technical editor and proposal coordinator, classified material was often processed and controlled by me. I took the responsibility seriously because I know the penalties for even minor infractions could cost me my security clearance, and hence, my job. And of course, I didn't want classified information about our weapon systems to fall into enemy hands. One day I left a red, Top Secret cover sheet on my desk with nothing under it (NOT a violation). I received a warning and was told: "it didn't look good."

no reasonable prosecutor would even consider bringing a case like Clintons to court.” That would be because a prosecutor only was interested in preserving his job & reputation in the present atmosphere;not because he was concerned about whether or not the truth was brought out.

We should post a petition at the White House to get him pardoned.
Trump should find every person prosecuted and convicted for crimes less than Clinton and her she-wolf posse.
