Israel in all probability has our W87 nuclear warhead. The Chinese do. If Israel is feeling kind they would do a very high altitude burst to destroy most electronics and the entire electrical grid. If also feeling kind, they would use small kiloton weapons to destroy military bases.
If 100,000 missiles landed on Israel, I do not think they would be feeling kindly.. I suspect they would go on a path of total destruction and carnage.
Since man first picked up a club, stone, ax or spear, that is the way it has worked. Man has not changed, but we have became magnitudes better at killing.
The South Africans moved their nuclear inventory/technology to Israel during the waning days of apartheid SA. Previously, the two co-operated with nuke development and technology.
