The FBI can’t indict anybody. Only the Justice Department can choose to indict someone by presenting a case to a grand jury.

Yes, you’re correct. Comey can only recommend indictment. HE MUST. And Lynch either does or resigns.

It must be noted that attorney general Lynch said she would take the recommendations of the FBI and career prosecutors. She then walked this back and said, she will make the final decision. In effect she is as much in control of the indictment as she was before. Nothing has changed and as Attorney General she gets to pick the career prosecutors. She will pick those that will decide the way she wants it decided. Nothing has changed!!!! The only thing we do not know is what Obama has decided. What he has decided is what Attorney General Lynch does.

Obama loathes Hillary. If he can make any ideologue that reflects his political philosophy with the exception of Hillary, he will.

It should also be noted that the meeting was not supposed to be discovered. A reporter got a tip from someone and showed up for the meeting. Attorney General Lynch is no fool. If she did not intend to meet with Bill Clinton she would not have meet Bill Clinton. The reporter was not allowed to take pictures of the aircraft or anything. This was a prearranged meeting. It was only discovered because someone in the secret service or the FBI leaked it to this reporter.

Also, this meeting was so crucial to Hillary and Bill that they did not send a third party nor use electronic of telephonic communication. It had to be face to face without anyone knowing. I do not know who leaked the information about the meeting to the reporter. He is a patriot of our great nation.
