Probably one of the most benevolent and beautiful examples of tyranny. And usually sooner than later, tyranny turns malevolent and ugly.

The Constitution gives the feds NO authority to commandeer state lands outside of the parameters outlined in Article I, Section 8, Clause 17.

The states should repossess all “national parks” and all other federal lands inside the states taken outside the requirements of the Constitution, as sited above.

In the case of Yosemite, apparently it was federal land, that was given to the state, then later the state asked the federal government to take over, because it was too expensive.
