If either shooter were drunk that in itself is also a felony. Don’t drink and CCW.
Invite to the White House? Medal of Freedom Honor? Sigh. Someday.
Something else for the MSM to ignore.
I have been reliably told by certain friends that such a thing has NEVER occurred and will NEVER occur therefore guns should be confiscated since they can’t help the average Joe.
Doctrine of competing harms.
If you do something illegal, but by doing so you demonstrably prevent a greater harm from happening, the illegal act is excused.
(Note that if a greater harm is not demonstrably prevented, you’re still culpable. Concealed means concealed.)
What kind of “Night-Club”?
This Concealed Carrier Just Stopped A Mass Shooting At A Night Club, And The Media Remained Silent
But I didn’t see this on my 6 o’clock news!
And, you are the arbiter of what qualifies as “drunk” in this situation? I think you might be off the track here.
Having a glass of wine or a beer while “out with buds” is not a crime and perfectly legal...even for a CCW holder.
A CCW does not compel the holder to completely abstain from alcohol ingestion. But, that means the CCW should be responsible...and this appears to the case here.
Since the CCW is a law abiding citizen and understands his own limitations while carrying.
Hmm...CCW carry = designated driver? Or is that “designated responder”?
This was completely buried by the MSM and you have to read the 4th paragraph in a local paper to find this out. Shameless bias!
SHARE THIS FAR AND WIDE FRIENDS!

:: Or is that designated responder? ::
Sadly, that may be a truthful statement.
When seconds count, the police are minutes away.
Or in some cases, 3 hours.
A good guy with a gun...
Well, it is a great way to project power.....though I am curious how it was concealed.
You can carry in SC (and other states) in a bar/nightclub if you are not having alcohol. Been that way since Gov. Haley signed the law in 2014.
New bill in SC:
You can carry in a bar IF you are not drinking.
:: if you are not having alcohol ::
Causing a legal activity to be an illegal activity by virtue of a State Issued license? Me thinks that is, on its face, unConstitutional (Both US and SC constitutions, withstanding)
