That listing, in a publication closely associated with Obama, was allowed to remain unchanged until 2007. This was long after it became clear the CoConstitutional requirements for POTUS would not be changed.
To suggest Obama had people prepping him for POTUS as far back as ‘91, and they allowed him to publicly disqualify himself from office is absurd. The ‘91 listing was just one of many messes Obama created himself, and which others had to hastily clean up in last minute preparations for his run.
