Regardless of how repulsive Biblical truth (Matthew 10:32) is as regards Trump's alleged conversion, it remains that if Trump doesn’t want to talk about this alleged conversion, then it never happened. For Biblical faith is not inert, but effects confession of the Lord Jesus in word and in deed, and what He has done in one's life.
If you can show me a true believer in Scripture that never wanted to do so then you can make your case, but as you cannot, then i fear you really have no idea how repulsive your position is to the testimony of Scripture.
For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard. (Acts 4:20)
We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; (2 Corinthians 4:13)
Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: (Luke 12:8)
Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul. (Psalms 66:16)
If you can show me a true believer in Scripture that never wanted to do so then you can make your case, but as you cannot, then i fear you really have no idea how repulsive your position is to the testimony of Scripture.
Scripture isn't repulsive - how you wield it is repulsive. That you dare flick away a man's entire relationship with Christ because it doesn't fit your tiny mind, and feel no shame over you grotesque presumption, is anathema.
"If I can show you a true believer"? Really? And who are you, that such should be shown to you? With what discrimination and authority do you judge a soul? Get thee behind me.
Scripture also states that you will be treated by God with the mercy you have shown others. That that does not still your tongue with fear is proof you're lost. You don't testify to the Word - you testify to your vanity.
