I had a colleague, who has since retired, who was on the no-fly list from the day it was implemented. He was never able to get off the list but I believe he was given a document of some sort that eventually allowed him to fly.

They can put anyone they want on that list. If no fly-no buy passes I wonder how long before many of us Freepers suddenly find ourselves on the No Fly list.
