The only thing she might convict him of, is a minor traffic violation. She already charged him with everything in the crook book.

Yes, there was that alleged rolling stop and wide turn. She can throw the book at him for that. For anything more, she’ll have to suspend the 5th amendment.

Loretta can try to Lynch him under federal law for ‘violating civil rights’.

Lesser offenses are covered under double jeopardy "If all elements of a lesser offense are relied on to prove a greater offense, the two crimes are the "same offense" for double jeopardy purposes, and the doctrine will bar the second prosecution."
