Too literal for me. For example:

“A thousand years in Your sight are as but yesterday”

is probably no different than me saying: "My son grew up in a blink of an eye." People know what I mean, but don't take it literally.

The Bible is literally a revelation of some of the significant boundary conditions the the Creator put on His creation. The Word literally holds the world together.
