No they’re not. I’m still trying to figure out why the flaps were frozen in the down position.
If the flap hinges froze it was during the time spent refueling.
I reckon maybe they were heated up with propane torches.
Our 4 trillion dollar gooberment could build a hangar at the site with some
heat and tow the plane in out of the wind and weather. The maintenance
guys would appreciate that. It would provide more vehicle parking also.
