Melatonin and Nightmares. Interesting. That’s why I won’t take anti depressants. Sucks being so bad off at 52. Diabetes creeps up by the way. Everyone should get an A1c test kit and do the test. If your doc will only give a urine sugar test, get another doc. The kits can be bought OC anyway and they are extremely cheap compared to diabetic creep.

I always seem to have very vivid bizarre dreams that I can remember for a while after I wake up.

Most involve walking or driving vast distances to and from cities and towns. Everything seems too real. Not nightmare necessarily but hardly good or happy stuff.
