"Mrs Lynch" could be anyone. But, Elzie is documented as meeting with AG Lynch in the past:

Frankly, this is worth an investigation by Congress. If the AG is even peripherally involved in an attempt to disrupt the conventions, impeachment proceedings should be started immediately.
