It installed Windows 10 on my machine and I had to refuse the terms of the end user license agreement to get it to return to my previous version. Then it took about 45 minutes to uninstall all the crap they had done. My home page on my browser is still being automatically reset every day to Ask.com. Eventually I will find the script doing that and kill it.
When you figure out how to get rid of Ask.com, could you please lemme know. I run Firefox and have that stupid extra box to check to continue running “with the new home page” which is Firefox. We have tried everything we can think of and just can’t get Ask to go away. Thanks.
Unless you have expensive application that only run on Windows, you should consider Linux.
