See? It's not just you... :!
Refusing is useless. You will be converted come what may.
I experienced a complete failed Win10 upgrade even though Microsoft said my PC was compatible. Unfortunately it wasn’t and the Win10 upgrade hung at 70% complete. I had to use my windows 7 recovery disc to recover my PC after working with Microsoft support for over 10 hours trying to restore windows 7. I spent many more hours cleaning up the mess this upgrade caused me.
I recommend everyone check with their PC manufacturer to ensure your specific model and serial number PC can support Win10 before installing it.
three days ago i wsa on my laptop when suddenly a pop appeared saying that windows 10 was being installed and not to touch anything..two hours later i was able to use my laptop again...BUT my office 2016, which i bought from microsoft requires activation, which fails every time, and my itunes no longer works.
six hours of phone support failed to revolve the m=problem, and microsoft eventually refused to do any more because i no longer had the product key, and the email used during the office install was no longer valid.
not happy and will be happy to join any class action legal action against them.
Own 2 computers, 1) Standalone 2) Browser Internet
Windows 10 = Virus, Spam, Spyware
I know what I don't want, and I don't need to be shown it to know it.
