I've pretty much gotten rid of my Win 10 nagware problems by following the instructions on this site:

I did a fresh install of 10 rather than get the upgrade.

Free download GWX control panel will stop windows 10 in it’s track.

uninstall KB3035583
I did just that the other day. It’s gone.
The nagware popping up 20x a day was too much.
