And just look at the timing of that poll. And another reason to be wary of the poll. Many credible pollsters do not wanna mess with the Obama Regime by telling the truth. If they reported the actual results, does anyone actually believe that Obama has a 51% approval when most Americans are hurting financially? For all we know, it's probably closer to 38/39%. Did someone warn of all those pollsters to keep it over 50% Or Else!
At this point in time I do not underestimate the stupidity of my fellow citizens.
Many people also are in this position because they never lived within their means. Never stashed part of their paycheck away for rainy day emergencies. Never made getting out of debt a higher priority over a new car, latest iphone, etc etc.
and all week the loony leftist commentators on fox are just gloating over this,,,they must think that all fox viewers have an IQ of 35.
This is the biggest news since Clintoon’s popularity during the impeachment trial.
you have to wonder what%% of those polled are rats!
And they vote Democrat in hopes that they will get a bailout. And they believe Democrats when they promise.
Bailout equalling legal confiscation and wealth transfer of some citizens earning to others. Via democrat socialists.
That’s as fake as the unemployment numbers.
A look at any poll fine print reveals the dodgy methodology, laughably small sample size vis a vis the population and even dodgier jiggering of the numbers to comport with preexisting assumptions about the responses ie weighting.
Add in Robodialers and bored/obnoxious call center staff and you have a toxic brew.
And, to top it all off, any person I know and respect the intelligence of would point blank refuse to particpate in a poll, especially when they pry into voting registration, income, family size, occupation, race, age, marital status etc.
Inescapable conclusion 1: anyone participating in a phone poll is bored, gullible, foolish and/or vain.
Inescapable conclusion 2: a poll assembled from responses from bored, gullible, foolish, and vain people is worthless
Inescapable conclusion 3: polls are an insidious and constant attempt to push the Appeal To Majority fallacy.
Yup. That is the game and people who are responsible are punished.
Only stands to reason that Obama would do well because he is totally responsible for our awesome unemployment rate and other positive economic outcomes. /s/ Same people obviously in charge of cooking all the books.
If Trump is elected and BO leaves all the numbers will immediately go in the dumper but all you will hear is because Obama is no longer president.
I do my best to live within my means and try to budget out for savings and some investing.
This budget cycle I was doing pretty well and thanks to a really large galvanized nail tearing a gaping hole in a tire, I got to blow the narrow pad, almost to the dollar. I love tire pressure sensors.
It seems I run a pricey tire that had to be ordered. At least it was delivered the same day. Tires (like most everything else) are insane price-wise.
But no harm was done to the wheel or anything else. I got a shirt kind of dirty.
They need to stop polling his imaginary friends.
You are totally onto the game.
No one in my family had ever been called to take a poll in our lives.
Until we briefly lived in the city limits of Detroit, Michigan years ago.
Looking at the stats on the demographics of Detroit/Wayne County provides an understanding of the pollsters motivation and goals.
We were called several times in one presidential election cycle!
However, they were more careful than to completely assume we were black or Democrat within the (313) Area Code.
In every case, we had to answer a screening question. The 1st question during the screening was always - are you for or against abortion?
IN EVERY CASE, we answered that we were against abortion,
AND IN EVERY CASE, THEY EITHER HUNG UP, OR STATED WE WERE INELIGIBLE TO VOTE, and hung up.
This happened several times in the months leading up to the actual election. They were most definitely using their polls to try and create a “Band Wagon” or “popularity” affect.
Glad it turned out okay for you. We rely on technology and when it fails, it can be stressful.
Bingo!
probably the 51% that are now on “welfare” and used to be the 47%
Or, with Loretta Lynch as the AG and thought police lurking everywhere, American’s are afraid to express their true opinions.
