So if Trump doesnt SAY it, it doesnt matter? I think you missed the point.
If Trump had pointed out that the judge belonged to an organization that advocates for illegal aliens (a fact in evidence), is affiliated with an organization that is actively protesting Trump at rallies (also in evidence), the judge would now be on the defensive.
Better yet, Trump should have just let his lawyers file a motion for recusal, and point reporters to the filing with no comment other than "we have filed that motion".
But now, Trump is on the defensive.

My friend, I thing YOU missed the point. As a citizen, Donald Trump is entitled to constitutional protections ensuring a fair trial. He is entitled, just as you and I are, to question whether the judge is biased against him. He didn't say that he was biased against him simply because he was of Mexican heritage, he was saying that, given his (Trumps) political positions, and the judges political activities, he thinks he is not being given a fair shake. Trump has that right. Here is what Trump said:
In an interview, Mr. Trump said U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel had an absolute conflict in presiding over the litigation given that he was of Mexican heritage and a member of a Latino lawyers association. Mr. Trump said the background of the judge, who was born in Indiana to Mexican immigrants, was relevant because of his campaign stance against illegal immigration and his pledge to seal the southern U.S. border. Im building a wall. Its an inherent conflict of interest,
The judge has been hostile to Trump throughout the proceedings. On the surface, it looks like he has an axe to grind.

But now, Trump is on the defensive. Only among the RINOS, MSM, and assorted leftists.
In reality he may be inoculating himself against whatever "October surprise" comes out of the Trump University litigation and the machinations of the liberal elites.

I can't believe Trump went there when he knows the press has been desperately trying to paint him as a racist from the get go. He needs to up his game or we're gonna wind up with that evil psychopath Hildebeest in there.

If you know that the judge is prejudiced, then say so.
How do we know that?
