I really wonder does the NCAA seriously consider the death penalty given that it appears the Waco Police Department may have been complicit in covering up the football players' misconduct. And it would result in a recall of the city government of Waco, too.

And look up Vic Feazell. When he was DA his office stopped prosecuting the PD’s DWI cases because of the corruption. Every police power in the state, with the exception of the McClennan County Sheriff’s Office went after Feazell.
