The proper resolution may BE to shake dust off feet, like Lopez did here, and go on one’s way. If we want to concede that the battle for academia is lost and that they have successfully purged all conservative thought from the institutions of higher learning.

And yes, in the Lord’s plan there is a time to concede, just like God conceded Sodom and Gomorrah to a dramatic destruction since there wasn’t a basis to expect anything better there.
Nothing is keeping right minded people (whoever they are) from opening new schools. Sometimes old school is wrong school.
