Go ahead and nap at work. Like in Kindergarten: they dim the lights and everybody gets out their mat and pillow....

Ok, maybe not. There are snorers, after all.

one time, when I was working two jobs, I would take a lunchtime nap. There employee lounge had some couches, and I would nap for 45 minutes after eating. It kept me functional into the evening.
