A handful is not the same as the amount implied in the story. And if a transgender poses as a woman and goes looking for trouble (cruising for anonymous sex with random men) they will find it especially if working as a prostitute.
Are those really hate crimes if the mentally ill tranny did not disclose their defect to their potential anonymous sex partners beforehand?
