I know for a fact that there are middle school, high school, and college girls/women who put on a “butch” persona because they don’t want to invest in becoming “hot, sexy things”. In other words, they don’t want the “role” of being sexual teases to the boys — which is what this so-called “culture” relentlessly pressures girls to be.

Yes, and they can put on a hyper-modest, extremely religious persona for the same purpose. It only works to an extent, because males want the “challenge.”

Mr. (sic) Jackson has gradually been making the transition from a vivacious girl with a big smile and long wavy locks to a husky boy with chopped hair dyed several shades of green, snakebite piercings in his lips and gauges embedded in his earlobes. What happened to her to trigger this? We're not even supposed to ask.
To me, it would make no difference if Miss Jackson had gone from a vivacious girl with a big smile to a green-haired girl with a bunch of bizarre piercings. What happened to her?

And I know of guys that pretend to be gay in hopes so that some foxy babe will try to ‘fix’ them.
We have a messed up world! and it sure isn’t our grandparents time anymore.
