Very unprofessional conduct for any judge.Texas Supreme Court is an elected position. So I'd expect political content on a twitter feed for someone who possibly would be running for election.

I’m sure Trump knew about his twitter feed. We’re appointing supreme court justices, not selecting a running mate. His qualifications matter more than his views of Trump.

Uh, not Bork, thank you very much.
I will agree with you that what was done to him was borderline criminal. However, he was a big statist - pretty much whatever the government wanted to do, he’d rule in favor of it. No, that’s NOT the way it is supposed to be - there are actually supposed to be limits on the government’s authority, limits that provide for states to have that authority, or the people themselves (sounds familiar, maybe its in the Constitution or one of the amendments somewhere?).

Attacking Trump in Texas might change “unprofessionalism” into “stupid”.

Attacking Trump in Texas might change unprofessionalism into stupid.Or might just be smart, as I assume he was supporting Ted Cruz... Of course, attacking both Cruz and Trump, well, that would be stupid.

Trump might actually prefer this guy as he is not afraid to speak his mind.

What they did to smear Judge Bork was criminal. I think God will make him an important Judge in Heaven. One of the best, most forward-looking legal books in half a century:

He’s a big mouth. Don’t know if he wanted to be a Supreme, but now he’s out.

I don’t know if we want someone for SCOTUS who acts this much like a child.
