In God’s eyes many men are just as much if not more to at fault than women since many men prey on women pressuring them, especially very young women many times from disjointed homes, then the men turn around and say they want a pure “decent” woman to meet family, etc.
Yes in recent decades many women in their insane pursuit of “equality” have become less interested in purity God suggests is best, and have gotten in the sexual immorality pit with men.
If Men would step up and be godly men prior to marriage a lot more young women and divorced or widowed women would remain pure until marriage too.
God made us equally in His image, but God did not make men and women the same. He did so on purpose, otherwise He would have just created a one sex being.
Based on what? When women choose they always select the more sexually experience men. That's the way it's always been and that's the way it's in churches today.

Because it's not the same. Every civilization in history has viewed men fooling around as a minor vice while female chastity is the biggest thing to worry about. Lack of female chastity massively increases the likelihood of cuckolding. Increased cuckolding and male investment in the children drops to zero. It's not complicated.
