Gay sex is a perversion. The thrill is in the taboo. Now it is not so much taboo anymore so we have to come up with a new thrill. For a straight man the idea that he might create a child with a woman provides the psychological thrill.
Worse than that...there are gay men who actively seek to get infected with HIV...they call themselves ‘bug chasers’...
It is nothing new. It is called “bug chasing” in their sub-culture.
I do not share the common view that homoerotic [Nota bene: there is no valid form of sexuality - genetic recombination for the purpose of producing a new and unique being - that involves two members of the same sex] persons are necessarily mentally ill; I believe it is that they are spiritually ill.
Certainly, there is something nihilistic about such attitudes and behaviors.
